Today we made my Every-Day Blueberry Banana Popsicles. They are so packed with nutrition and so healing on the tummy you could eat them everyday!
Every-Day Blueberry Banana Popsicles
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 punnet blueberries
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 T coconut oil
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1 big sqeeze lemon juice
- Blend all ingredients except blueberries which I kept whole.
- Taste for sweetness and if needed add a teeny bit of honey or maple syrup.
- I have 2 icy-pole makers so I can make double.
