Today we made my Every-Day Blueberry Banana Popsicles. They are so packed with nutrition and so healing on the tummy you could eat them everyday!

They are so packed with nutrition and so healing on the tummy you could eat them everyday!

Course Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 punnet blueberries
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 T coconut oil
  • 1 T cinnamon
  • 1 big sqeeze lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients except blueberries which I kept whole.
  • Taste for sweetness and if needed add a teeny bit of honey or maple syrup.
  • I have 2 icy-pole makers so I can make double.
